Case study · Multi-location school — Lead gen & Local SEO

B2C high-ticket lead gen

A professional training school that relied entirely on paid ads, with no organic channel. Standardized the course pages across subdomains, restructured them for ranking and retrievability, then optimized for AI search together with traditional and local SEO.

At a glance

  • +86% SEO leads YoY
  • 1% → 4.7% Conversion rate
  • +45% Course page traffic
  • 8.85%+ AI search lead CR

Challenge

The company had a great reputation, but its visibility was poor.

Their courses sit in the €2K to €5K range. The school operated across multiple subdomains, one for each of its physical locations around the country, each competing for its own local search demand. However, the course pages had inconsistent structure and content, and their HTML was poorly organized.

The trust signals were misplaced, and the UX had several friction points that hurt conversion. Internal linking wasn’t directing authority anywhere useful.

Work

We developed a standardized course page template and applied it across all subdomains/locations, then rewrote the content around two things: trust (brand history, years in the space, student numbers, reviews) and course clarity. We also optimized the Google Business Profiles that needed to be fixed. Internal linking was restructured as well, to direct authority toward the course pages.

In addition to traditional SEO, we optimized for AI search by working on entities, clarity, and citation structure.

Results

Year-over-year figures:

  • SEO leads: +86%
  • Conversion rate: 1% → 4.7%
  • +45% traffic to course pages

For a business that had relied entirely on paid advertising, organic is now a second acquisition channel, at zero incremental cost per lead. The work from 2025 is still bringing in leads in 2026.
